ALL members of the group MUST be present at the SAME time for "will call" admittance - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Since an unforeseen issue from a single member of your group will cause the ENTIRE group to have a delayed entry, we STRONGLY recommend that you consider picking up your tickets at the Box Office in advance or paying the additional fee to have your tickets mailed to avoid any last minute problems.
We understand that last minute issues arise, but it is simply not possible for us to "manage" individual entrances from group ticket purchases. that is why we encourage advance pickup of tickets - especially for large groups.
