YES. There are a few reasons you may want to consider picking up tickets in advance. Although it is NOT required, you may consider advance pickup if you are purchasing "Group" tickets or when the "purchaser" is not the "attendee".
GROUP TICKET PURCHASES: When purchasing tickets for a group, ALL members of the group MUST be present at the SAME time for "will call" admittance. If you feel that you will have difficulty in coordinating this, then you may want to pick up and distribute your tickets to members of your group in advance.
PURCHASER IS NOT ATTENDEE: If you are purchasing tickets for someone else and you will NOT be attending the show with them you need to provide their name as the "attendee" upon check-out OR pick up the tickets in advance. ID that matches the name on the ticket is REQUIRED for all "will call" admittance.
You can also opt to pay an additional fee to have your tickets mailed.
