Helpful Concert Information:
A shows door time is exactly that- the time the doors open for the show. Artist's start times are not given to the club until after they load in on the day of the show. The artist and their managers are in charge of the start times for the show- not the venue.
General rule of thumb is first band starts a half hour to an hour after doors open ( but that is not guaranteed)Bands play in reverse order as advertised (i.e. headliner plays last)
HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased at the Crocodile Rock Box Office in person or over the phone during operating hours. Tickets are also available through CHARGE BY PHONE AT 610-434-4600 ALSO TRY (BUY NOW) AT WWW.CROCODILEROCKCAFE.COM. ALL CREDIT CARD PURCHASES- ONLINE, OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $5.95 SERVICE FEE (OR HIGHER) PER TICKET.( SERVICE FEE SUBJECT TO CHANGE)OR YOU CAN CASH AND CARRY AT THE BOX OFFICE FOR FACE VALUE.
WHERE ARE THE ENTRANCES
The evening of our concerts- the MAIN ENTRANCE on Hamilton Street is for OVER 21 ONLY. Please have your tickets and ID out when you reach the door. You must have a valid photo id to enter through the over 21 entrance.The under 21 entrance is in the alley way and is marked, under 21.
Once inside, over 21 and under are seperated by a chest high baracade. Over 21 can enter the under 21 entrance only if they are escorting under 21 patrons. Otherwise, they must enter through main entrance on Hamilton Street. There is no alcohol in this section. If you wish to drink you must get wristbanded at the front door.
THERE IS NO REENTRY FOR ANY CONCERT.
HOW TO PICK UP TICKETS THAT WERE ORDERED WITH CREDIT CARD
If you purchased tickets in advance:
If the tickets were purchased through the Crocodile Rock Box Office using a charge card-- the night of your event you must show your photo id at the door and your name will be on a will call list. The name on the id must match the name on the list
If you purchased tickets through CHARGE BY PHONE (610-434-4600) YOU CAN PICK YOUR TICKETS UP OR WE WILL SEND THEM FOR $2.95. IF NOT The night of the show just show your ID at the door. The ID must match the name on the list. If you are purchasing tickets for someone else and you are not attending the show then please call the Crocodile Rock Box office and place your order with us over the phone. We can take a second name to put on the Will Call list.
PARKING: Street parking is FREE after 5pm. There is a lot on 6th between Walnut and Hamilton Street. It is run by the Allentown Parking Authority and they do charge to park in it.

Camera Policy:
By request of the artists
NO AUDIO, VIDEO OR CAMERAS of any kind will be allowed for ANY concert. Unless you have a PHOTO PRESS PASS FROM THE ARTIST DO NOT bring your cameras. This includes disposables, 35 mm or digital.

BACKSTAGE PASSES & MEET N GREETS: Neither of these are issued from the club. All passes and meet n greets are set up through the bands directly. The club does not issue them.

Special events/concerts may be higher and those prices are listed with each individual show.
Prices and entertainment are subject to change without notice.
REMEMBER-- THERE IS NO COVER CHARGE IN THE PUB. If we have a concert you must have a ticket to attend the show, but if we have regular entertainment in the concert hall you can come to the pub, have dinner, play pool and catch a sporting event on one of tv's.
Crocodile's Hours vary Monday Thru Sunday. The club is open from the door time of the show until 2 a.m. (unless otherwise noted) If no time is listed then doors are at 8pm.

Refund and Exchange Policy: "Tickets will only be refundable or exchangeable if the headlining act cancels the entire show. Entertainment is subject to change, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be given if the show goes on in some form, nor will refunds or exchanges be given if an opening act cancels. Refunds are done for the face value of the ticket. The convenience charges are not refundable. Refunds are only available for the first 30 days from the date the event was to be held. If the show is postponed your original ticket will be honored at the re-scheduled date, and no refund will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS!
