If we make material changes to our policies or practices, we will post those changes to the Policy section of our website; changes will be immediately effective upon posting.

Crocodile Rock Cafe's Refund and Exchange Policy is as follows:
- "Tickets will only be refundable or exchangeable if the Headlining Act cancels the entire show.
- Entertainment is subject to change, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be given if the show goes on in some form, nor will refunds or exchanges be given if an opening act cancels.
- Refunds are done for the face value of the ticket.
- The convenience charges are not refundable.
- Refunds are only available for the first 30 days from the date the event was to be held.
- If the show is postponed your original ticket will be honored at the re-scheduled date, and no refund will be issued.
